A Long Winter
I've had some struggles this year. Lost my dog, got ill and found I was addicted to a benzo and have been suffering lots of anxiety. Started drinking again and am feeling done with it after a severe panic attack from a little binge. Am on day three. Just wanted to check in and find some support.
