It will be tough at first... but it does get better. Maybe right now it doesnt feel like it, but give it some time. I found this site to be very theraputic. I havent talked to my ex since i broke up with him 2 weeks ago.. and i only got to talk to him over the phone after being released from jail for some unrelated thing. He's now coming up on 3 weeks straight of being on a binge with no calls... no nothing! You need to be strong! It seems he left maybe b/c he doesnt want to hurt you anymore but really hasnt decided he wants to be clean yet. Just remember you're not alone. That seems to ease the pain a little for me.
