Oh yeah - breathing meditation can work wonders. Very frustrating at first, mind wandering everywhere, eventually you can get more and more moments of perfect internal stillness.


There is a video on youtube - Ken Wilber - he actually meditates himself into a state where there is no brain function detectable. Check it out. Search for "Ken Wilber EEG" on youtube - very interesting stuff.
