Tricia (()) you will learn in your own time that love has very little to do with it. Most of us here have probably loved and lost our alcoholics. I really hope that your ab is sucessful in his recovery, but remember it is HIS recovery and be prepared to be second best and by all means support him but be sure to support yourself more.
