Yeah, I watch it! I don't like the close ups of the drug use - but seeing the families, I actually recognize a lot of my behaviors in them. I think that's helpful to me! Tough to watch the addicts - so many similarities to my stbxah - but I love how the interventionists handle all those emotionally-charged situations. I think it's helpful but can see how it wouldn't be for everyone.
