Hi guys, I'm not going to be on here for long. I'm in extreme pain today. My back, ribs, shoulder, arm, neck, wrist, hand. All on the left side. I think its becuase of the change of seasons. this time of year is the worst for me.
i'm not going to be able to go to my meeting again tonight. I haven't been to a meeting since Sat. This sucks. But i know i won't be able to sit in those hard chairs for an hour. Even with my pillow. Not when its this bad.
The good news is at least my spirits are good today.
