Welcome and I am so glad to see that Smoke gave you some great duck explanations. There is lots of serious recovery posted here, but, for me, the humour was a new tool for my survival kit. After all the tears, I now enjoy many tears of laughter too.
Morning Glory has posted a wonderful "Welcome Kit" on the Al-Anon board.
