Oohh....when I am having some rough days, I cook and bake and use up the stock in my pantry.........I'm sure I must be a sight talking to my rolling pin and beating dough up but fortunately, no one can see me except hubby.....he always finds something that "needs to be done" outside when I have this problem......
Hmmm...one really bad day recently I made chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, brownies, pecan pie bites, and Scottish Shortbread cookies in one afternoon. I ended up giving them away as little gifts to family....sheesh I must have been mad that day....
