OMG, sthrn,,,I had the SAME party yesterday,,,,
probably more fireworks in me than across the nation. lol
I get so MAD too, that I am yet again WASTING my time and space in my head on him. Asking myself, what about HIM is different than other guys i've "loved and lost". Why can't I just let it go?
I got no answers. For me, I had to revert back to the early lessons I've learned. the biggest being, "wait ten minutes". Allow myself to feel it, take no action for ten minutes and hope that it goes away" It usually does
Maybe when you woke up you were being "stupid". I don't mean that in a negative way. When I wake up in the morning, I jump in my spandex and sneakers and run. Takes me ten minutes to realize where the hell i am and what I'm doing cause I ahve the morning "stupids". Since I don't want to be "stuck" in them all day, i gradually come around.
