If you're able to get to ER, and it'll really be hell...this being a holiday weekend...they might give you a shot of librium or something similar...it was librium 25 years or so ago.
Try taking an OTC for the headaches...lots of liquids, if you can stomach them...maybe a sip at a time...oj or cranberry juice are good.
It's been my experience that detoxing usually takes about five days...that's the limit they'll keep you in a medical detox. It should get better each day. Just try not to drink...or you'll start the process of addiction all over again.
