If you do this it will save your sanity. Just keep your side of the road clean and never mind about his - he will face his own consequences soon enough. And when he does will you be at his side? Maybe you will and maybe you wont. It's a personal thing. I was so good at the detachment thing that I didnt get involved in his driving issues.
