Refreshing, I feel for you about the business but there must be some laws in your state that say something about you as his wife. You even re-located!! I would seek counsel from a good attorney. I did for other reasons and it is empowering even if you don't make a move. It sounds to me though as if your children are suffering. As you research some of these programs I think then you will realize how to put yourself less in your husbands shoes and more in your own. It is very hard to change old habits and patterns of behavior. I too just wish he would stop drinking (my AH) but I have come to realize that is not possible. So then I go from there.
