You are not alone. You know someone once told me that it is OK. We are not bad people trying to get good, we are sick people trying to get well. I have done the same things, today I am not ashamed of it. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that those things are either OK OR NOT> The point is that our experiences are there so we can help others to relate. Actually they are infact our greatest assets.
