From those I know of Lexapro...they haven't had much luck with it and it's actually seemed to worsen some symptoms.
My best friend (a bipolar also) take pravidgel and I've taken a 1/2 of one once and a full one another time...and it helped my extreme tiredness and lack of energy after a full night of sleep. As soon as i get another Pdoc, I'm going to ask to be prescribed this since I also have ADD too.
