Nice quiet day planned.

Forecast is finally promising some sunshine.... then snow :-(
I'm holding on to the hope that the sooner we get it the sooner it will be gone.

Present and accounted for!

Reveille was at 0410 sharp.

Up at 7:37 AM

Couple of minutes before 7am today.

Switched shifts for today. Up at 4:25 for work.

Have a good day all!

Was up all night. My mom passed away yesterday.
I will get thru this sober!

My thoughts and prayers go out to you Chloe in your time of sorrow!

This hurts so bad. I cannot breathe sometimes. My heart feels broken. I keep praying.
Glad that I am sober because this is extremely hard on my body. I have got to be healthy both mind and body. My spirit is growing stronger.

Chloe, lots of love right back to you! And you will get through this, you will feel the pain and the loss and not have to drink. I believe it, now you believe it. I recall a moment a few days after my mom passed, Mr. Ringo was in the garage and I was in a room downstairs and before I knew it, I was on the floor curled in the fetal position crying and sobbing. I didn't get my husband's attention. It was just God and I in that moment. After a bit, I got up. I am forever grateful to have stayed sober through it all.

Up at 2:30am to thunderstorms.
I wonder if my mood effects my weather...it rained all day yesterday. I feel "cloudy".

7am today, but I had to go out and get some food shopping in.

Cold out there today, but also nice at the same time.

Good morning everyone! Up at 4:47am today, with a full and enriching day ahead.

My thoughts are with you Chloe, during this challenging and painful time. Yes, the emotions will be overwhelming at times, but what a blessing that you can feel them and be present through it all.

Could not get to sleep last night. Brain was wired for sound. Yuck.
Yoga break is over. Class at 9:00. I desperately need it and a nap.

Chloe-Hope the clouds lift day by day.

Nice sleep-in. Ukulele lessons with dragon daughter start today.

Slept into 8:00 this morning too, which is great since I’m working tonight. The non stop cloudy and shortening days always make me want to sleep extra. I see why many animals hibernate.

Dragon, my daughter has become quite good with the uke in a short matter of months. Check YouTube for a video of a musician playing Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen.

Hey Stargazer, does she play a ****?

Woke at 6.30, listened to radio for a bit, arose at 7am.

2:30 in the morning. Still having trouble sleeping.
Watching tv because it is ""bubblegum for my mind".

Crawled out around 7ish. Did not sleep well most of the night. stiff neck this morning.

Woke up at half 7, but watched You Tube vids for an hour before getting out of bed.
