No smoking for me today. I'm far too busy to want to have to deal with taking breaks all the time anyway. And when I DO take my breaks, I'd rather do something healthy for myself with them.

Hi all again! I'm still smokefree...think I'm on week 6 and don't really miss it all. I'm in for another 24...:)

I'll admit, the one thing I miss about smoking was that since I didn't smoke in my house, it forced me to get outside. But that's no reason to go back to smoking. I can make it outside without needing a cigarette. On the flip side, sometimes it really sucked having to go outside, like when it was freezing cold out.
