No smoking for me despite truly awful diagnosis for my lovely mother...I am not going to make things worse so I'm in for another 24..

Today is 600 days without cigarettes for me. I still keep track of the days for all the stuff I've quit on a daily basis. It just reminds me to be thankful for it all.

I just realized I'm at about 5 mos smoke free now, so no smoking for me today. Time flies, I wasn't really keeping track, I was just trying not to think about it.
