I still remember your posts are one of the reasons that I had a courage trying to quit smoking.:)

It's day 93 for me except for one evening when I slipped and smoked five cigarettes in quick succession. I went to the nurse yesterday and she said my blood pressure was back to normal. My lung capacity has improved a lot and I haven't put on any weight whatsoever.

So beside the postitive change in mood and outlook, there's ample objective medical evidence that I have done the right thing.

i had my last cigarette on Halloween a few weeks ago. i am a non-smoker. i get 'thoughts' every now and then. that's all they are, thoughts. rock on!
