Welcome to the family Polly. :) We have members all over the world. I've made so many friends here. :) And one member who just happens to live in my state, gave me a little cat five years ago - my Lily. :) So yes, good things happen on here.

SR also helped me get and stay sober. This December I'll have 10 yrs sober, and a huge part of the credit goes to the members here. :grouphug:

Welcome Polly. Irish heritage, but an Aussie. Scope the different threads in the Newcomer's forum. A good place to start might be joining the Class of October 2019 group. I joined the Class of March '16 group, where I post most days- and learn and consider the people there as friends.
