Anyone who's drunk heavily can relate to being fatigued during the first week of sobriety. Sleep. Rest. Eat healthy food. Drink a lot of water. Take a shower. Brush your teeth. Do one small thing. Rest some more. As your liver processes the toxins out without you taking more in, you'll get some energy back. Unless there's a hurricane headed your way, the world can do its thing while you take care of you. You're worth it.
