I know you have had good times too GMS, because you've come here and talked about them. I don't think anyone truly ever achieves that perfect "nirvana/inner peace/zen" that we sometimes read about, and even if we do it's very short lived.

That's not true GMS...he has helped you many times before. He may not like some of the things you do but that's because he cares about you and doesn't want anything bad to happen to you. Neither do we.

That's why you need to tell someone close to you that you need help. We can only share words here...people close to you can truly help. Your husband, even the ER if necessary.

You don't have to leave...we know you are hurting. You don't need to do anything though...everything will be OK if you can calm down a bit.

Just because someone gets frustrated once in awhile and yells at you doesn’t mean he hates you.

Tell him, then go into the emergency room.

When I was in the hospital for awhile (because I was suicidal), the staff told me something I found very helpful. They said “Suicide is really the world’s biggest FU.”
