Recommendations for Guided Meditations I know a lot of folks on here meditate. I enjoy mindfulness meditation but right now I use guided meditation best -- until I I can train myself to do it. Please send me your recommendations for online/app type stuff. Thanks in advance. |
You can google Chopra Centre Meditation. Deepak has just begun a free 21 day Meditation Program. In fact, today is Day 3. He does these frequently, no strings attached. They each take about 20 minutes and are wonderful. His voice is mesmerizing. |
