Recommendations for Guided Meditations

I know a lot of folks on here meditate. I enjoy mindfulness meditation but right now I use guided meditation best -- until I I can train myself to do it.

Please send me your recommendations for online/app type stuff. Thanks in advance.

You can google Chopra Centre Meditation. Deepak has just begun a free 21 day Meditation Program. In fact, today is Day 3.

He does these frequently, no strings attached. They each take about 20 minutes and are wonderful. His voice is mesmerizing.

I second Tara. She has a podcast you can subscribe to that has more meditations and talks than you could ask for, all free.

Her RAIN technique can be incorporated into urge surfing practice. Powerful stuff.

Dan Harris has a great app, though you have to pay for it which annoys me.

His book 10% Happier was a fun, easy, intro type read.

What Nova just said ^^^. *Very* focused, simple and relaxing.

Glenn Harrold is a hypnotherapist out of the UK who does some guided stuff as well. Also relaxation (and almost sleep) inducing.
