Any free meditation to recommend?
 
I started doing Headspace meditation and did it for ten days, after which they wanted me to subscribe to a monthly payment. At the risk of sounding tight/cheap I am sure there is free stuff out there. I would be grateful if anyone can recommend some. I am a beginner, was only doing 3 mins a day with Headspace but am keen to increase as I felt the benefit from those sessions.

I like Headspace, but I think it's waaay too expensive for what it is. there are a few of their meditations you can download as mp3 from the Guardian website:

I like "Insight Timer" for iphone/android. loads of different meditations included, all for free:
