Morning blues
 

Hello - I am wondering if anyone else struggles with morning depression? I am sober and it is not a hangover type of feeling...just feel a general malaise. It dissipates over time but it is a daily thing. How do you deal with this?

3 weeks sober here and have this every morning
But it’s kinda easing up as time passes

google "diurnal mood variation" - you may recognize some of your symptoms. I get this to some extent - it takes me forever to get going in the morning & my mood is definitely better in the afternoons/evenings
