I used to drink wine like the way you are now. There is great advice above. The only thing that ever stopped me in my tracks was sleep. Pour the wine out and go to bed. I hope you maybe have already? Love and support to you.

Hi Tallow. Just popping by to see how you are. Tucked up in bed asleep now I hope. It's about 9.30 pm now so I'll send some support to you for the morning. Keep a pint of water by your side tomorrow and use that as your medicine. Fresh simple cooling water. As much as you can and rest. Come back and let us know how you're doing xxx

The best you can hope for by drinking more is more of the same. Of course, if you're unlucky things can get worse.

I think ultimately we need to vote with our feet - more of the same or we vote for change.

There no parade, no band, no fireworks if you pick change - just a lot of work and a lot of faith needed to get you through the initial boot camp phase.

But...you might just come out the other side a little bit happier with who you are - and I think thats worth the effort...

I hope you'll pick change, B.
