Hi Free! I use postimage.org. You can upload and resize saved images and it's free. If you register (also free) you can store your images, so (I think) the links don't expire. Once you upload an image, postimage will create a direct link to it, starting with https:// . Once you have that direct link, you insert it on SR surrounded by the IMG tags, e.g. {IMG]https://etc{/IMG] -- except both square no curvy brackets. |

Hahaha. I give up for now Thanks courage! GN. Sweet dreams |
Just put the image brackets open bracket IMG close bracket in front of the URL, then open bracket /IMG close bracket at the end of the URL. Or use the little picture picture on the Quick Reply menu that has what looks like a mountain, kind of. https://s22.postimg.cc/kjfvsm0up/262...1292_ADB99.jpg Wonderful landscape -- thanks for your gift! Illinois? |

You are quite industrious, Free!:c011: |
Gurnee's all but Wisconsin -- no wonder it's so pretty. I can practically hear the cicadas from the line of trees behind the field. This is their gift: Scissor-grinder cicada call. |
Cicadas have always fascinated me! |
In the Cohutta Wilderness, usually in April, the cicadas take on an otherwordly aspect. From the hilltops, approaching the Conasauga river, their calls reverbrate up and down the valleys. |
I grew up in tornado country -- not an Alley, but we knew tornado weather. Sometimes before a tornado in June, the sky looks like a bad old bruise, the wind dies way down, and the only sound is the cicadas. |
