Feeling dehydrated ?

I don't know about you guys but I think now I don't drink alcohol I forget to drink water! Before I always drank gallons of water, because I was a functioning alcoholic I would drink until I passed out in the evening, wake up at 3 am then drink pints of water to flush my system through so I could get through my work day!

These days I live off coffee and rarely flush my system through which is making me feel pretty darn awful.
I struggle to drink plain water, any body have any good suggestions that aren't carbonated or diet?

Have you tried flavoring the water with a little fruit juice or other additive?

Also, remember that caffeine is a diuretic.

SUID, I really like ginger and lemongrass cordial in water, but most times forget to stock up! I am seriously trying to reduce the amount of coffee I drink and replace it with something else....this morning my kidneys felt like they were struggling!

Try iced water with lemon, flavored waters, or adding crystal light to water.:-)

What's crystal light? I tried raspberry and lime water the other day which was amazing but also expensive!

It's a water flavoring additive, not sure what you have in England.

Crystal Light

Aah, never heard of it. I am not really a fan of the carbonated flavoured waters as I feel they have a really synthetic taste to them.
