Well i find this site a bit confusing on how to work out what and where I can post .....but really like the information like no sleep, anxiety ect,,,,

Welcome! Yes the site can be a bit overwhelming at first with all the sections, but there is a lot of great info and good folks to talk to.

I had bad anxiety and a hard time sleeping when I stopped the first time back in late 2014...totally identify with those items you mention. Hopefully you're not having those issues.

Another good place would be the class of March (if you quit in March if not look up your appropriate month). The great thing with a class is that you get to become friend and network with others who quit at the same time and who are going through similar things physically and mentally

This is a big site with a wealth of information on almost every method there is out there to achieve sobriety. It is also a great place to get support. Make the most of it :)
