Today i learned that... Drinking coffee after 6 PM has a distinctly different effect than alcohol on my ability to fall asleep at a decent hour... Apparently sipped too much last evening and was still awake at 1:30... Which makes my 4:45 wake up call to head to the gym a bit difficult. This evening I wised up... Sipping decaf 😎 |

Same here, I generally have an early afternoon cutoff as well, especially during the workweek. I also have to limit my intake period, as caffeine sometimes provokes heart palpitations and a general feeling of anxiety if I go overboard. |
I went to an 8pm meeting tonight and drank coffee. Big mistake, although it seemed like a good idea at the time. Now I'm wired. Guess it's better than being drunk though. |
