Today i learned that...
Drinking coffee after 6 PM has a distinctly different effect than alcohol on my ability to fall asleep at a decent hour... Apparently sipped too much last evening and was still awake at 1:30... Which makes my 4:45 wake up call to head to the gym a bit difficult.

Same here, I generally have an early afternoon cutoff as well, especially during the workweek. I also have to limit my intake period, as caffeine sometimes provokes heart palpitations and a general feeling of anxiety if I go overboard.
