Can you get away from your desk and have a snack, some coffee/tea, or go out for a walk? I hope you feel better. |
I find if I can get to a quit place just for few minutes, close my eye and breathe - some low level meditation if you will - the anxiety passes. I simply do the next thing right that's put in front of me. I don't think about an hour from now or tomorrow, but this moment. A snack is always good idea too! |

I started to do a 15 minute walk mid morning and one mid afternoon and a 1/2 walk over lunch. Don't know if can swing that but it did wonders for my mood. |
