THANK YOU DEE!!! Wow!! that was 500+ posts of honest fun, support and caring!!!! You all rock!! Back from the gym and ran straight 2.75 miles of my 3.1 for the race. But overall time is much better than I was hoping for so I think I got this. I am determined!!! Time to clean up and get ready for the day! Olive!!!! BooYa! |

1 Attachment(s) well, I realized I should at least eat something before I get too involved with 'things'. 3/4 cup oats, a kiwifruit and strawberries with a spoonful of honey and pollen nuggets - and COFFEE!
