Back from the gym and ran straight 2.75 miles of my 3.1 for the race. But overall time is much better than I was hoping for so I think I got this. I am determined!!!
Time to clean up and get ready for the day!

well, I realized I should at least eat something before I get too involved with 'things'. 3/4 cup oats, a kiwifruit and strawberries with a spoonful of honey and pollen nuggets - and COFFEE!
It was too early for coffee when I woke up so I had a big bottle of spelligrino with me in the hot tub.

Good morning everyone one. My pig slept in a bit this morning but now he's up and ready to eat. He stands by my bed and grunts and grunts till I wake up. It sounds like he's trying to talk.

Man, amazo Show outside just now of the Planets and Moon in near perfect, straight edge alignment. No Smoke from NW Forest Fires, fortunately [for those up there]. More poifect Fall Weather here today.

Ok this is weird. I dreamed about amazing stars and planets in the sky. But I didn't realize there was an amazing alignment going on. Until just now, reading your posts. Darn - I missed it. Slept until 7!!!
