Alphabet,

First things first. You are wise to set aside the work issue until you have your sobriety on a more solid footing. It has taken me almost five years of sobriety, but my career has never been better, and there was no possibility of maintaining a similar position if I had kept drinking.

Keep the faith - you are on the right path.

Wow alphabet, that is incredibly brave of you. Don't let anybody (including yourself!) tell you otherwise! Hang in there and best of luck. I'll be sending good thoughts your way.
