No hangover this morning! I made it and will keep going and posting.
I never want to feel that way again. Thank you for your support.
Relapsing is very scary.

one thing that really helped me is to not stop with the posting when i felt "better". keeping the connections in place; that way, it's not so difficult or scary to talk when things get tough.
