It happens unfortunately. Use that guilt as a motivator. Everyday is a day to get sober again. If we keep drinking our sober tomorrow will never come. God luck and god bless. Stay close to SR

Get back to it, you sure are not alone! Lots of stories of the same on this site and then success. Make a plan and stick to it, post and read. Use experience you already have. You can do this.

Don't feel guilty I messed up recently and I am struggling to get back in the sober game. I'm going to try and make this my first full week without alcohol since before the holidays.

Pick yourself up and try again.
