I haven't interacted with you on SR, but I sure have been watching and hoping you would come back. I too have been researching AVRT. I think it could work for many areas: addiction, healthy eating, negative tapes playing, revenge thinking (yikes, yeah I do that sometimes). Anyhoo, WELCOME BACK. |
Welcome back AF. We have a smart recovery group here as well. I don't go on a regular basis but its a great group...definitely worth a try at least. |
