Boy, I know that feeling. Something blind sides you and you are off balance. Nothing makes sense...your world is upside down. Grab a beer, glass of wine, mixed drink and all starts to settle down...for awhile...and then....

Coping skills, psychologists call it. Drinkers don't have them. But they can be acquired. It takes effort and managing. When you are able, perhaps you can work on this so when the big things happen, you have a healthier way of handling it.

I just don't get why my boss would tell me im doing a great job an she values me but then post my job....

I did the same thing last night. To echo everyone here, try again. Never give up and keep looking forward. We can do it one day at a time.

Don't let this get you down. Pull up your boot straps and keep marching forward again. We all have had slip ups, don't get too down about it.
