Day 3
 

Day 3 has begun. During the last couple of years, i've rarely stayed sober for more than 3 days in a row, so today feels quite important. Yeah, i know, one day at the time, but a first milestone anyway.

Didn't sleep very well or much, but no sweating during night. No real shakiness today either. Which of course usually is a reason for me to drink day 3. But not today :)

Keep checking in-you can do this and everybody on SR is cheering you on.

Stick with it yoda, we know you can do some amazing stuff. The rewards are immeasurable. May the power be with you!

Great job! Day 3 is always a tough one for me too. Keep pushing ahead and take it minute by minute if you need to. YOu can do this. Think how great you will feel tomorrow.

Great job on Day Three Yoda. I am on Day Three also. It is harder in the beginning I think.

We can bust through this day sober. I want to read your post in the morning saying you made it and you can read mine.

Great job Yoda! I'm only a few days in as well. (7) Those first handful of days can be rough, but once the fog clears there is a new life to be had. Stay Stong!
