Day 3 has begun. During the last couple of years, i've rarely stayed sober for more than 3 days in a row, so today feels quite important. Yeah, i know, one day at the time, but a first milestone anyway.

Didn't sleep very well or much, but no sweating during night. No real shakiness today either. Which of course usually is a reason for me to drink day 3. But not today

Great job! Day 3 is always a tough one for me too. Keep pushing ahead and take it minute by minute if you need to. YOu can do this. Think how great you will feel tomorrow.

Great job on Day Three Yoda. I am on Day Three also. It is harder in the beginning I think.

Great job Yoda! I'm only a few days in as well. (7) Those first handful of days can be rough, but once the fog clears there is a new life to be had. Stay Stong!
