plus my landlord/friend told to go get him because it is all or nothing with Russell and me but yeah the computer was a great bonus!! Now they are working on our roof and he is sleeping right through it for now but of course I just picked him up again at 9:30 a.m. so I am sure a tornado could touch down right on top of him & he'd never wake up...he wants to go to a meeting tomorrow night with me & so I will take him with me...Thank God that I do have ya'll because I worry about me to so pray for me just as I am for ya'll and us!! Does he have a sponsor? Or male friends in the program? I don't know if you know this, but my husband and I are both in recovery and we each have our own sponsor and network of same-sex friends. It helps alot! And don't forget to get your new sponsor, too, OK? Of course we're praying for you both!

hiya sweet thing, eddie!! plus the rest of you!! i am celebrating 699 days of sobriety & he is bearable today...I am the one being isane cuz' I haven't needed any pain medicine for my mouth so I haven't taken any & so I am going through mini withdrawls...it is okay, though!! I love this topic!!!!!I have 2220 days sober. They have not been easy but as a sober woman each day has been a day I learned something. When I was drinking I never seemed to learn anything.

I am at Day Minus One of my abstinence from compulsive overeating for the purposes of the OA program. Tomorrow will be Day Zero and Sunday I start the South Beach Diet meaning I'll be detoxing from sugar! The next couple of weeks should be interesting. Wish me well, y'all! Thanks.
