Try to get away (both physically and mentally) from what is stressing you out. Think it through. Realize that if you drink you will "escape" but not solve the problems that are stressing you out. Then, on top of what is stressing you out, you will have to deal with the stresses that come along with flushing 26 days of sobriety down the toilet.

I will let you in on what I have learned thus far on my sobriety journey: we alcoholics/addicts blow our problems up way more than they are. That is the truth. I will let myself have my initial reaction, then come back to it a bit later and I always notice that I blew it up more than it was. Let it sit, then come back to it and you will be fine.

Someone also mentioned exercise. If you workout, hit it harder, it will help. Will release endorphins and give you the confidence you need to bust through to the next level (of fitness and life).
