and it was going so well...... I'm sure you can guess by the title that I fell of the wagon! I have no idea why I can't just say no as I don't even enjoy drinking anymore but that hasn't stopped me drinking till I fall asleep. My Dr has changed my anti depressant meds to some that I take at night & make me drowsy so I am hoping this will help me stay sober. Back to day 1. |
Don't beat yourself up, LittleBlue, but get straight back to sobriety. Your antidepressants wil be much more effective without alcohol - and so will you! |
What HeadLump said. So sorry you've hit this hurdle, but well done for coming back on here. We believe in you. |
Glad you came back. You can do it! |
Pick yourself up and try again. I have tried quitting for what seems like a million times, but I won't give up the fight. You can do it. |
Welcome back! Don't be too hard on yourself and move forward. The past is history. If you haven't done so already, sign in to Weasel's weekend thread. Great incentive! http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...ng-summer.html |
Back to Day 1 too. Climbing back on the horse is the best thing we can do. Have to work to make it stick this time! |

Have faith in your ability to remain sober, there is no shame in falling off the wagon, just get back of and you will be a happier person for it. |
