New habits take time to build. You are laying the foundation for a cathedral. :)

I believe that most of us go through this.
Just think of how you feel now vs how you
felt when you were drinking and the day after.

Stay sober and you'll think of drinking less and less. After a while it's second nature to be sober. :)

Your life is just beginning :)

Life will not be over.

Just list all of the positive emotions
that you felt while you were drinking.

it is a deadly disease. It is an addiction.
It will be a daily battle for us for the rest
of our lives, but it gets easier every
day that you remain sober. It will
not be a bed of roses, but that is life.

Getting sober isn't the end of your life, it's the beginning of a better life. :) Trust me.
