I didn't see the post but don't sweat it. The first few months of sobriety are wonderful and terrible at the same time, thrilling and terrifying. It can be an emotional rollercoaster, too.

Anger is a way of protecting us from pain. It feels more powerful to be angry than hurt. I don't like who I used to be either.
