So... Here we are. 30hrs since last glass of wine, 48hrs since end of binge. Here we go, Me and the Chamomile... Never liked that stuff but I think it helps me. It grows on you.

I feel the same about Chamomile tea. I am drinking Tension Tamer. It has more flavor.
