Tap into that, find help focusing on it, spend time developing that strength...just like our physical bodies need nurishing food and exercise, so does that power within. Had a good friend who is in recovery to pick me up go to meeting went back to her house and swam really tired tonight early night and start this thing again !!!! Love you guys a lot !!!!! Thank you so much x
