If nothing else, keep posting. I find now that I am on here, this site can be addicting too. (but in a good way).

It's up to you but personally I'm staying away from anything that will simulate my nervous system. Last night was nigh 2. I somehow managed to sleep without brutal nightmares. Had 3 double herbal infusion chamomile based then 3 Valerian pills before bed time. Might not be recommended if you have medical issues. Consult doctor before I would think. But it worked for me.
And a lot of breathing exercises and prayers helped calm my nerves.

Well last night I had a family meal at our local restaurant an it was very hard and I probly wasn't the most bubbly person but I didn't drink. I wanted to but I just said no in my mind. I feel tones better for it today. Like I've archived something :0)

Well done on avoiding the poison last night and as you say you feel tonnes better for it today. That is your REWARD. Enjoy the feeling, the feeling of power, the feeling of a clear and organised head, the feeling of a calm and peaceful mind. You can do this if you focus on sobriety. Give it time I promise you it gets better and better and much much easier. All the best
