Congrats Gypsy, I'm on day 15 also!

Thnx guys. I've been doing this a long time. Have no problem stopping. Been clean for decades at a time. Then I get bored. Then I go to prison or, like this time, lose everything I own. I need to be clean and not bored. Or become a hermit in the mntns of Montana( are there mntns in Montana? I was in AA for ten yrs and it is the most tolerable time clean I've ever had. I want to find happiness. I don't remember ever having it. I have talked to crazy docs, taken their pills. Nothing works. But being loaded doesn't work either and it is hard on my family. Thanks for listening.

I can stay sober. I want to 'want' to be this way. I'm not suicidal but I am crazy fatalistic. Sometimes I hope for that strike of lightening or truck just so I can put my family out of misery without the embarrassment of suicide
